A vibrant new neighbourhood is taking shape in Castle Donington

Barratt Redrow, Clowes Developments and Wilson Enterprises are preparing an outline planning application for up to 1,200 homes north and south of Park Lane in Castle Donington.   

The Story So Far

Following the first stage of public consultation, this website has been updated to provide information about the emerging masterplan, outlining how the feedback received has helped shape the proposals for the site. The proposals now present a clear vision for how the new neighbourhood will come forward. The masterplan illustrates the emerging proposal for the site, with a new primary school, a flexible Community Hub, a care home and interconnected green open spaces at the heart of the scheme.
